Well I feel like I need to lose about 10lbs/5kgs which is why I'm starting the #HK10in10Challenge and I would love to have you join me in this journey. Weight loss is not a race so we're going to make small changes and lose the weight slowly so that we don't gain it back. That's why I've chosen to lose 10lbs in 10 weeks. That's 1lb a week.
