Description: Learn more about UMZU zinc supplements here - umzu.com/collections/zinc-products UMZU Research Library: Zinc - umzu.com/blogs/library/zinc Let's talk about zinc. Zinc is a super important mineral that everybody needs, and most people are actually deficient in, statistically. It's responsible for a ton of different things inside your body, including hormone production, especially also with your thyroid, and for mediating immunity and helping those cells to battle off infections. So I just wanted to tell you today about three products that we have at UMZU that contain a lot of zinc. How much zinc should you be having a day? For the typical person it's between 10 to 15 milligrams a day. So let's look at these products. So the first one that we have with zinc in it is called Testro-X. And Testro-X is our premier men's health testosterone support supplement, and zinc plays a major role in T production. So that's why we have 15 milligrams of zinc gluconate, which is a highly bioavailable form of zinc, in Testro-X. Next up on the list is called Thyrite. And Thyrite, as it sounds, is actually a thyroid support supplement. Like I mentioned earlier, zinc is extremely important for helping your thyroid to actually function properly, so we also have 15 milligrams of zinc citrate in Thyrite. And last but not least is our brand new product, it's UMZU Immune. Contains high amounts of vitamin C, and elderberry, and other immunity-supporting supplements, but it also has 11 milligrams of zinc chelate in it. And if you notice, we have only the most bioavailable forms of zinc in all these different ones, and each of them is designed to specifically help for that reason. So those are our three big zinc supplements from UMZU. So if you want to learn more about the UMZU zinc supplements you can just click through, there's going to be a link near this video, you can click through the next page, you can learn more about them.
