Description: Hi, in this video tutorial I show you how I made a Christmas wreath with lights and some little fairy houses. For this project I used some string LED lights, two wire hangers, two coke plastic bottles (0,75 and 0,5 liters), tin foil, paint, hot glue and paper clay (I used "Das modelling material" amzn.to/2r5FEHY ). This is a great way to teach children about recycling plastic bottles and also stimulate their creativity and imagination. I first transform the wire hanger into a circle. Then I cut the the big bottle in half and the bottom of the small one and glue the three pieces together. I add tin foil to the circle and to the houses to make the basic shape. I added some curly branches using tin foil and some wire from the other hanger. The same way I made the three chimneys. When I had the basic shape I started covering everything with paper clay(I used "Das modelling material" amzn.to/2r5FEHY ). You can work in one layer or, if you are a beginner you should work in two layers, one for covering the surface and the second one for the details like windows, roof tiles, and textures. I made a lamp-wreath so I made a lot of windows and holes for the light to come out. Let everything dry. Now you can paint it in the desired colors. I used watercolors and acrylic paint because I like working in layers and be able to change if I don't like the way it looks. In the end you can seal the paint using some matte spray varnish. I placed some battery LED lights in the house. I recommend you use soft lights that will gently illuminate your windows so it looks like a real house.
