Alright then you’re going to bend just your elbow joint up and down like this to firm up the back of your flabby arms and it’s very important that you only bend your elbow joint while keeping your shoulder as still as possible and if you cant keep your shoulder from moving then you’re probably using too much kitty litter or the weight is too heavy Now you’re going to do this for about 8-to-15 reps but if you’re unable to do at least 6 reps then you’re using too much weight or too much kitty litter so you’ll need to dump some of it out and if you can easily do more than 15-to-20 reps then the you’re not using enough kitty litter or the weight is way too light. And once you’ve done 8-15 reps then you’re going to dump out up to ½ of the kitty litter and then you’re going to repeat the exercise again on the same arm with the kitty litter doing another 8-15 reps and if you use the right amount of kitty litter you should be able to ONLY get 8-15 reps both times And that’s how you get rid of your flabby arms with kitty litter just make sure you do 2-to-3 sets of what I just showed you on each arm 1-to-3 times per week And of course you don’t have to use kitty litter – you can do this same workout with a milkjug, Deteregent etc and you only need to do 2-to-3 sets each arm 1-to-3 days per week
