Alright then youโre going to bend just your elbow joint up and down like this to firm up the back of your flabby arms and itโs very important that you only bend your elbow joint while keeping your shoulder as still as possible and if you cant keep your shoulder from moving then youโre probably using too much kitty litter or the weight is too heavy Now youโre going to do this for about 8-to-15 reps but if youโre unable to do at least 6 reps then youโre using too much weight or too much kitty litter so youโll need to dump some of it out and if you can easily do more than 15-to-20 reps then the youโre not using enough kitty litter or the weight is way too light.
