DONATE TO ETHIOPIA HERE | bit.ly/AyshaFam4Ethiopia ================================= Mango Gelato Recipe (I don't use exact measurements, but if I had to guess it would be): - 1.5 cups frozen mango - Half a fresh mango - Juice of half a lemon (about 1 tbsp) - 3 tbsp coconut cream - 2 tbsp honey or other sweetener - pinch of sea salt - coconut flakes (optional) Blend ingredients until smooth. If it's too runny, just throw in some more frozen mango! Transfer to a dish and store in freezer under firm or till desired texture. Serve with coconut flakes on top if desired.
