This tip can be summed up basically in two words: quadrupedal movement. The act of getting on all fours, crawling around your living room or wherever you are, and experimenting with this movement daily can create HUGE benefits for your core. This isn't about getting a ripped six pack. That's for a different video. This is about having a truly strong and functional core. Keyword: functional. A core that allows you to go about your day to day life with ease and without injury. Having a strong core is essential and, unfortunately, our modern lifestyle has us constantly doing things that WEAKEN our core, such as sitting, slouching and other things. So make sure you give this shot if you haven't already. The beauty of quadrupedal movement is that you can do it literally anywhere, so there's no excuse.
