But often I find women either aren't doing it, or are doing it wrong!! Exercise tips: use small weights (even no weight if you aren't sure of form) be sure you can squeeze your shoulder blades together and feel that contraction Go slow Pause at the top so you know you truly own the range of motion and the weight is safe perform on your total body strength days Do these last(most of the time), they're a small muscle group Try them first, however, if you are needing some postural support - that way you fire them while you're fresh.
