Description: SOOOO a big update on what's been happening, I can't believe it's been 2 years since I've started having these problems, wow !!! I am not sure if I should be relieved or angry 😠 but at least I have another plan now! As you know, I haven't given up and I'm finally getting some answers, I really do hope anyway! Good news is that I don't have SIBO, I don't have candida! I don't have H pylori. Buttt they found PARASITES!!!! The parasite they found is called - Blastocystis hominis. Its a tropical parasite that lives in your digestive tract and can cause pain and bloating - so I really think this is what's been wrong with me all these 2 years. Blastocystis is a microscopic parasite that can live in your digestive tract. Researchers don't fully understand the role blastocystis plays, if any, in causing disease. Some people experiencing diarrhea, abdominal pain or other gastrointestinal problems have blastocystis organisms in their stool. The other parasite the found is called - Cyclospora cayetanensis. Cyclosporiasis is an intestinal illness caused by the microscopic parasite Cyclospora cayetanensis. People can become infected with Cyclospora by consuming food or water contaminated with the parasite. People living or traveling in countries where cyclosporiasis is endemic may be at increased risk for infection. They also said I have dysbiosis of the gut and signs of leaky gut which is most likely 80%. So my plan is to fast 10 days, which I am doing now, then go on getting out of the fast diet for 10 days, and then strict low food map diet for 2-3 months, and then slowly introduce more food and see how I feel. I have planned a full-on menu for me from what I am able to eat based on my results, low food map protocols, and other anti-inflammatory foods. The food plan mainly consists of vegetables, fruit, eggs, fish, and organ meats. It will have no sugar, no dairy, no grains, no nightshade vegetables, no gluten. I am really excited to see what happens in next. 3months and If i will completely cure my IBS, my leaky gut, and inflammation and will be pain-free :)) I really urge you to check for this parasite if you suffer from ibs, because its one of the common causes of symptoms for how you might feel.
