Spray a 9×5-inch loaf pan with baker’s cooking spray. Combine the flour and sugar in a bowl. Add beer and stir to combine. You may need to use your hands to get it mixed thoroughly. The dough will be sticky. Place the dough into the prepared loaf pan, brush the top with melted butter. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
