I have been training using home workouts for the last 2 years and this is what I've managed to achieve. The video follows my journey since age 14 with before and after pictures. Since then I've gone from skinny to fit. I hope this video helps to motivate you to believe in yourself and understand that you don't need a lot of money or even weights to reach your physique goals. You do however, need; consistency, patience, a lot of hard work and a decent understanding of what you are trying to achieve.
