Take some basic chords with a few open string variants. Once you’re armed with the chords you’ll need for your chord changes, Leah introduces the strumming pattern needed for this musical style that evolved in the South of Spain. Add in authentic flair by learning the rasgueo technique of extending your right hand fingers one at a time on beats 2, 3, and 5 in the 6 beat compás cycle.
