That is annoying and frustrating, so it is time to stop age related muscle loss. It is important to feel good about yourself and what you look like, especially to keep your self-esteem high. Avoid muscle loss with some of these tips I am about to give you, no matter what your age. You can put on muscle, and stop age related muscle loss. There are going to be 5 tips to help slow down aging and keep your muscle. Tip #1: RESISTANCE TRAINING. This is the most important tip to helping you build muscle and prevent losing muscle. Whether you are using bands, cables, machines, dumbbells, whatever it is, you need to do resistance training. Aim to do resistance training 3-5 days a week, depending on if you are experienced or just getting started. It helps to have a workout program that is designed for you to build muscle. Tip #2: EAT PLENTY OF PROTEIN. All the effort you put in the gym or at home resistance training…you need to eat protein to make sure your muscle grows back bigger. You don’t want all your hard work and energy to be for nothing, get the most out of your workouts. Tip #3: TRY SUPPLEMENTS. It is okay to use supplements to help with building muscle.
