Description: We just learned about immunosuppressants, so now it's time to learn about immunostimulants. As one would expect, rather than dampening immune activity, these enhance immune activity. There are instances in which immune stimulation has anti-cancer effects. These drugs include colony-stimulating factors, interleukins, interferons, and vaccines. Much of this will seem familiar from the immunology series, so let's contextualize it for pharmacology!
