Description: iPhone 13 Features & iPhone 13 mini Features & Changes! Join the TechSquad for bonuses: youtube.com/gearlive/join During today's California Streaming event, Apple gave us a packed lineup of new devices and I've got videos coming taking a look at all of them. Subscribe so you don't miss anything, and let's get started with the new iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 mini. Right off the bat, then looking at the 13 and 13 mini you'll see that the design is largely unchanged. From a visual perspective, there are 3 physical changes that will call out an iPhone 13 when compared to last years iPhone 12: 1) The diagonal camera array on the back, more on those cameras and why they did that in a minute 2) The smaller notch cutout at the top of the display, which is 20% thinner 3) The new colors: the iPhone 13 and 13 mini are available in all new colors - those are Pink, Blue, Midnight which is a take on back, Starlight which is like a creamy white, and Product Red The iPhone 13 Mini will get 1 and a half hours more battery life than the iPhone 12 Mini did, bringing it in line with the battery life of the iPhone 11. The larger standard iPhone 13 also sees a big battery life improvement, gaining up to 2 and a half hours more battery life compared to the standard iPhone 12. Apple also introduced a new “iPhone 13 cinematic mode” for video that allows for a rack focus effect to change the focus during a video. Cinematic mode will automatically transition focus while filming in real time, intelligently shifting focus when people enter the frame or look away from the camera. You’ll also be able to manually change focus or lock focus on a particular object for more precise control, but the most impressive part to me is that you can even change the focus point and amount of blur even after you finish recording.
