Description: IPhone 14 Pro to Feature 48MP Camera Notchless Display Its crazy ,that the iPhone 13 series has just launched a few days ago , we have already started receiving our first leaks regarding the iPhone 14. The new leak comes from the renowned industry analyst Ming-Chi Kuo,who has offered some new information, about the specific iPhone 14 Pro variant. According to Kuo, the primary lens on the iPhone 14 Pro will be upgraded to 48-megapixel. Sadly ,There's no word about the telephoto and ultra-wide-angle lens, but we can expect more information about it,to emerge later in 2022. The rumored 48-megapixel camera upgrade is quite significant, as it marks Apple's departure from the tried and tested 12-megapixel cameras, it has used over the years. To put things in perspective, it has been around since the iPhone 6s launched in 2015, although the actual sensor has been upgraded over the years. The most important feature which would be added by the 48-megapixel sensor ,would be the capability to record 8K video. Then again, Apple and Google have proven that raw megapixel count doesn't matter ,as long as you have the right software and ISP. So we wonder, if Apple can do such a good job with 12 Megapixel cameras, how much better the 48-megapixel camera would be, when combined with Apple's software and ISP. Kuo also speculates, that the iPhone 14 Pro, could finally ditch the notch for a hole-punch design, which We've already seen, in the leaked iPhone 14 Pro renders from earlier. Apple's transition to a hole-punch display, may have been delayed due to the difficulties ,associated with installing Face ID sensors, underneath the OLED screen. It might happen soon, if Apple completely abandon the Face ID tech, but that isn't likely to happen. Even though, the iPhone 14 pro is expected to get a punch hole display,The notch will probably be present on the base iPhone 14 model, which may also be stuck with a 60Hz OLED panel.
