Description: Ingredients 50 gms of salted melted butter 200 gms of rolled oats 120 gms of honey OR brown sugar 50 ml of water 20 gms chopped almonds 20 gms pumpkin seeds 20 gms melon seeds 20 gms sunflower seeds You may use other seeds nuts of ur choice 20 gms of desiccated coconut 20 gms of dried cranberries 20gms of dried blueberries Or any other dried fruits if ur choice. Method. In a large bowl mix the oats , melted butter and water. Then add all the other ingredients . Spread evenly on the black oven tray which should be oiled. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees centigrade on bake mode pls bake in the middle shelf for 30 to 40 mins. After 15 mins give the mixture a little shuffle and continue baking until the granola has become a nice golden colour. Cool and remove the granola. Add the dried blueberries and cranberries. Store in air tight jars for a week. Important Tip If using sugar instead of honey pls dissolve the sugar in the melted butter.
