Description: Ingredients 1 cup of chocolate ( 110 grams) chopped . 6 tablespoons of cream . I used whipping cream today as I couldn’t get Amul fresh cream which I usually use . 1 or 2 tablespoons butter , I used Amul salted . This is optional . Tip If you are using Cadbury’s silk chocolate pls use ab 4 tbspns of cream only Method In a thick bottomed pan heat the cream, keep stirring , when it just starts too boil , TURN OFF THE HEAT and add the chocolate . Cover and leave for 5 minutes . Now mix and incorporate the cream and chocolate very well together, until it looks uniform . At this stage turn on the heat again on medium and just cook it for a few minutes until it becomes shiny and glossy . Transfer into a bowl , cling wrap and set in the fridge for at least 4 hours . This will be the perfect consistency now thick but fudgy.
