Description: This is a great recipe to make when you are in a super hurry. 12 Microwave chocolate cupcakes in 6 minutes !!! This is an upgrade from my previous recipe shown 2 years ago. As always get everything ready and in a bowl just add all the ingredients and mix well . Chocolate cupcakes come out best . I like to pipe out the batter into the muffin liners. Fill the liners a little bit more than half way up. This is very important. Now for this recipe you must use the glass bowls as support. You cannot just bake the batter in the cup cake liner. 12 cupcakes will take just 6 minutes 6 cupcakes will take 3 minutes Once cool you can start decorating. For the first few cup cakes I’m using cooled down truffle sauce in a piping bag with a large star nozzle For decorations just use small chocolate garnishes ,sprinkles , kit kat etc For the rest of the cupcakes I’ve done feather decoration, using chocolate truffle sauce and white truffle sauce. It’s very important that the consistency of both truffles are the same. I hope you have great fun making these.
