Description: I've been getting a lot of DM's and tweets of some of you guys telling me what you're going through and how some of you are afraid of being judged to seek for professional help. So, I made this video to let you know that you shouldn't let vulnerability get the best of you and that it's alright to admit that you're not okay. I keep a lot of things to myself thinking that it's the best way to cope with my personal issues but little did i know that doing just that would effect my perception of myself, mental health and my behaviour. 3 out of 10 malaysians have depression and anxiety disorder and i'm guessing a handful of them r within my age and my target audience.
