Description: In this two part video series, we use an Arduino Uno to build an autonomous "follow me" cooler. The robot cooler connects to a smartphone via Bluetooth and uses GPS to navigate. All the electronics will be contained in the base so that other objects can be carried as well. In the first part, Davis explains how to build the base. In the second part, Aaron will work on the electronics. See how we built it, including our materials and code on Hackster.io: hackster.io/hackershack/make-an-autonomous-follow-me-cooler-7ca8bc Find all the 3D printable parts for this project on our Patreon: patreon.com/posts/follow-me-cooler-37733146 USEFUL LINKS: Follow Hacker Shack on Instagram: instagram.com/hackershackofficial Subscribe to Hacker Shack: youtube.com/channel/UCEcNXmr7DYq1XxpWHSxaN0w?sub_confirmation=1 MATERIALS: 1 x Cooler 20 x Small Wood Nails 1 x 1/4" Sheet MDF 1 x 8' 1x3 1 x 8' 1x2 6 x 1" #6 Wood Screws 2 x M5 Nuts, Bolts, and Washers 6 x #10 Nuts, Bolts, and Washers 8 x 1" #4 Nuts and Bolts 4 x M3 Nuts and Bolts 2 x 4mm Shaft Hub (robotshop.com/en/pololu-universal-aluminum-4mm-mounting-hub.html) 2 x Lawn Mower Wheels (harborfreight.com/6-inch-semi-solid-wheel-98950.html) 2 x Swivel Caster (harborfreight.com/3-inch-x-3-4-quarter-inch-stem-swivel-caster-90997.html) 2 x Geared Motors (amazon.com/Magnolian-120RPM-Powerful-Torque-Electric/dp/B01H0EEU6S/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1492090604&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=high+torque+motor&psc=1) MUSIC: 1st Song - Jordyn Edmonds: soundcloud.com/jordynedmonds 2nd Song - David Cutter: soundcloud.com/dcuttermusic
