I’ve been putting this video off for a while but knew i had to do it. if not for myself for anyone it might help. love you all xx viv suicidepreventionlifeline.org suicide hotline: usa 1-800-273-8255 currently i am seeing a therapist after being diagnosed. im not on medications since i want to see if certain forms of therapy can help before deciding if thats what i need. i can 100% say therapy does help and not gonna lie, i was skeptical but you just have to find a therapist you connect with (it may take a couple tries) and trust the process what has helped me : -having the most understanding and loving boyfriend who has been my comfort through the best and worst days. i love you brendan -seek help. no one can read your mind and it's okay to ask for help even if it's just to vent. you don't need to be a therapist to have a therapeutic conversation. but when that isnt enough, going to a therapist is very very helpful. -be honest with your friends, family, or someone you trust -surround yourself with people that bring out the best in you -journal -start a new hobby or try something you’ve always wanted to -take a bubble bath -go on a walk -play with dogs -meditate -listen to music (here’s a playlist of songs that have made me happy lately ) open.spotify.com/playlist/3DOqv3r1gq8I3adBuNm8zL ) ill update it and change it as i find new music follow me: instagram: @viviannn_v
