Fortunately, this doesn’t mean that you have to do hundreds of sit ups each day! There are plenty of other ab exercises that will strengthen your core. When most people think of their core, the first thing they tend to think of is abs. However, did you know that a “strong core” is so much more than having toned abs or a six pack?! It’s important to incorporate different ab exercises that will strengthen your core to ensure you have well rounded strength. I’ve created this workout to help challenge some of your deeper ab muscles using a few of my favourite ab exercises that will strengthen your core, that also don’t require any equipment! Try these ab exercises that will strengthen your core today: Half burpees - 16 reps Straight Leg Raise & Hip Lift - 12 reps Hover to Plank - 8 reps Squat & Oblique Crunch - 20 reps Pop Squat & Twist - 10 reps Lateral Shoot Through - 12 reps Complete 2 laps for a full workout!
