Description: This song holds a very special place in my heart. I remember first hearing it after watching La Bamba as a kid with my family. The story of Ritchie Valenzuela was a staple in my household and I can proudly say this song was a huge inspiration on why I wanted to become a crooner. It was one of the first songs I learned to sing as a boy. I still tear up when I think about that last scene in the movie when Bob is running up the hill.
