Description: ProVanax - Proven vitamin for naturally improving mood, without weight gain. 👉 drsam.co/s/yt/AnxietyNoMore = What is the most effective supplement for anxiety? = Dr. Robbins, I need your help. I seem to have a lot of anxiety lately. Especially the past few months or even the past couple of years. I feel overwhelmed at times. I get nervous or panicky a lot more often. I enjoy spending time with people and yet, I don’t want to and would rather stay home. I don’t want to take medications as I have in the past and they all had a ton of bad effects on me. I’ve tried meditation and it helps sometimes, but… I feel like I may have hormones or chemicals out of balance or something. Do have any suggestions? Maybe vitamins or minerals my body is lacking? Or are there any natural herbs or supplements that will help with my anxiety? Thanks doc. First thanks for sharing , being honest and making yourself vulnerable. Unfortunately, feelings of anxiety have increased a lot in the past few years, by 30-35% in some studies - so you’re not alone. Statics show that about 24% of adults have anxiety on a weekly basis. And shockingly, about 9-10% of children. Anxiety tends to affect women more then men, about 25% women and 15% men. And the highest percentage is between the ages of 16-50 and the lowest after 65+. So, anxiety affects men and women, young and old. What’s the cause?... Well, a lot of factors. Genetics is a big one. Then epigenetics and your lifestyle also turns on and off genetic expression Your mindset, beliefs and values What happened in your childhood. Of course, imbalances in hormones, neurotransmitters and brain chemicals are also major factors. And the truth is I used to have a lot of anxiety from my teenage years all the way to my mid 30’s. So, I can really identify with this situation. Now, getting back to the original question - are there natural vitamins, minerals and herbs that are helpful with reducing feelings of anxiety, worry, feeling overwhelmed and so forth? The good news is, YES there are. The bad news is that most supplements do NOT work. It’s just a bunch of marketing and advertising hype. And yes, I’ve tried so many of them and got ripped off. So, based on what’s I’ve personally used, have found to work and be safe… and have recommended to my clients and patients and are also backed by scientific research - here’s what I recommend. As far as minerals - Magnesium is very important. For vitamins - the B vitamins are important, especially B6, B9 and B12. Make sure you get the methaliated versions. Also, Inositol is good, which is part of the B vitamin family Amino acids that work really well are L-Theanine and 5-HTP. Also, GABA acts as a potent neurotransmitter in the brain and is also an Amino Acid. The right erbal extracts can be very powerful as well. Some of the best are St John’s Wort, Valerian, and Passion Flower. Also, small amounts of Lithium Orotate, but not lithium carbonate, works really well too. Lastly, there are specific strains of probiotics that are amazing and work with your gut-brain axis. They work specifically with anxiety and improving your mood. Now, you probably don’t want to go buy each of these ingredients by themselves. It’ll get too expensive. And inconvenient to be popping 10-15 different pills and products each day. It’s also very complicated as to the correct form, dosage and so forth. ============== Thank you for watching. Please feel free to comment, like or share with your friends.
